The General Manager is part of the Campus Dining team within the division of Administration at Vanderbilt University and is responsible for the for the leadership and oversight of all campus markets and cafes. This leader will create and influence an operation built on integrity, respect, and excellence while leading all aspects of a quality dining program. Responsibilities include; supervision of managers and employees in operation, ensuring all payroll and HR processes are followed, execution of the Fusion menu management processes and procedures, and adherence to labor schedules and goals.
