We currently are seeking a Regional Sales Manger for the US. Ideal candidate will live in the Eastern half of the US. This Regional Sales Manager will lead and manage all aspects of the sales process. Maintaining and growing existing customers as well as expanding new customers and revenues efficiently and profitably based on the company’s goals and objectives.
This Regional Sales Manager will manage our Manufacturer’s Representatives while implementing a cohesive plan for customer and prospect activities and sales. Establish, communicate, and direct all sales objectives and sales goals to grow existing customer business and develop new customers.
Develop, examine, and oversee activities and performance of our outside Manufacturer’s Representatives to ensure sales goals are met. Coach, motivate, and provide recognition for continued improvements and results.

Sales Management experience. Background in the Automotive hard parts segment, and Warehouse Distribution industries preferred.
Excellent leadership skills (mentoring, coaching, motivating) with a passion for sales. Ability to develop and build sales teams, monitor, and get results through others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation and public speaking skills. Excellent MS Office proficient which includes Excel.
Self-starter who can drive the sales, negotiate agreements, present our company in a very competitive and professional manner with the ability to close sales.
This position requires the ability to travel domestically and on occasion internationally.
