Overview: The candidate would report to the VP Legal - Assistant General Counsel of Driven and work closely with lead operating officers of all their brands as well as other functional senior executives. Driven Brands is looking for someone who has the talent and experience who wants hands-on deal experience and be a true business partner. The runway for a successful candidate could include any number of business roles or increased leadership opportunities within the legal department.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years’ experience, preferably with a top tier law firm or corporation.

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience. Compensation will include base, bonus, and equity.

Bar: Candidate must be a member of a State Bar or otherwise qualified to practice law as a registered in-house counsel.
