Under the supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent, John Stach, the Head Mechanic will assist/and or work independently in the repair and maintenance of all equipment, produce paperwork necessary to ensure proper documentation and provide accurate record keeping. The Head Mechanic will comprehend the total functions of the maintenance facility and be able to work efficiently and independently and, in the absence of the Golf Course Superintendent oversee the equipment shop operation. Position requires the individual to maintain flexible availability, will work weekends and holidays and may be required to return to the job site at odd hours under emergency situations.
