Industry leading organization looking for a Multi-site Manager responsible for overseeing overall site operations including budget administration and revenue generation, employee training and development, customer service, and maintaining safety and procedure protocols.

Prepared to be a mentor and coach to site level managers, and team members, inspiring them to grow and develop into committed and capable leaders.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Administer and oversee budgets for each location and overall territory.
Ensure labor targets are successfully achieved weekly.
Manage inventory quantities, avoiding overages and unnecessary expenses.
Minimize damages and implement training to reduce future incidents.
Coordinate with vendors to keep expenses down.
Generate and build action plans to grow revenue for each location.
Develop sales teams that are goal-focused and held accountable for reaching established benchmarks as set by the organization.
Proactively work with the site teams to develop a customer service mentality and culture, ensuring customer service excellence across all locations.
Hold team members accountable for delivering exceptional customer service and provide coaching and development opportunities for improvement when necessary.
Ensure new team members understand, model, and promote the customer service philosophy expected by the organization.
Be able to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain carwash equipment as needed.
Employee development and people management
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with subordinates, peers, superiors, customers, and vendors.
Partner with managers to create career development plans for employees to establish long-term goals.
Work with Managers in developing their own career plans, encouraging employee retention and growth within the organization.
Establish and maintain a safety focused work environment
Uphold company’s safety standards, policies and procedures while ensuring all teammates and locations are constantly aware and adhering to safety protocol.
Leads by example while modeling the behaviors expected of the employees including loyalty/dedication, accountability, professionalism, positivity, and a team-player approach.
Ability to work constructively in a collaborative team environment while holding yourself accountable for your own performance and outcomes.
Manages time and tasks effectively to maximize productivity.
Committed to working a 55+ hour work week including days, nights, and weekends (when necessary).
Available to troubleshoot problems and consult site managers via cell phone and email 24/7.
