Install, maintain automated vehicle wash systems for both industrial and commercial application. Installation may include, car washes, truck washes and train washes. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components of these system
Travel to job sites in service area, and work with service dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained, project assignments are completed timely and delays are properly communicated to service manager.
Be available to work nights or weekends, on a limited basis
Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and filling out and submitting vehicle inspection and inventory forms.
Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
Maintain and submit weekly time cards and monthly service vehicle log forms.
Understand and complete job work orders, obtain customer signature at completion of job and submit work order to office timely.
Understand and competently execute preventative maintenance schedules. Complete necessary documentation, obtain customer signature at completion of job and submit work order to office timely.
Document all installed equipment, parts and consumables on work order. Provide make, model, and serial number, of equipment. Provide necessary test measurements and pictures as necessary.
Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations, and explain fully to customer what the issue is and what is need to correct.
Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.
Identify and report potential opportunities, equipment anomalies and interests of concern.
Valid drivers license
Good communication and documentation skills

Experience with facilities maintenance
Experience with computers and Microsoft office
Experience with automation, HMI and PLC's
Fluency and skill with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and plumbing systems
